A Successful Partnership
Delta Bingo & Gaming Pickering is crucial for Ajax Pickering Hospital Auxiliary’s fundraising and continues to be one of the most successful to date, helping to purchase equipment and improve patient care. Using funds generated through this partnership, the Ajax Pickering Hospital Auxiliary has been able to purchase:
- Myosure Fleunt equipment that allows game-changing women’s health procedures to be performed.
- Four knee positioners for the orthopedic surgery department to assist with knee surgery.
- Three transport wheelchairs for the new Jerry Coughlan Health and Wellness Centre.
The next fundraising goal is to purchase a specialized transport incubator to provide a supportive environment for the hospital’s smallest patients.
