• What is InnerCircle?

  InnerCircle is Delta Bingo & Gaming’s loyalty program.

• What are InnerCircle rewards?

  When an InnerCircle card is inserted into a Vegas-style machine, registered members will earn points through play. 

• How do I sign up for InnerCircle rewards?

  See a Delta team member to register. InnerCircle is currently only available at Delta Etobicoke. 

  Note: InnerCircle members must be 18+, have valid government issued photo identification and agree to the Terms & Conditions to register.

• Where can I earn and/or redeem InnerCircle rewards?

  Currently, you can earn/redeem InnerCircle Rewards only at Delta Etobicoke. Additional Delta Bingo & Gaming venues are coming soon. 

• Do my InnerCircle rewards expire?

  InnerCircle rewards expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

• How do I redeem InnerCircle rewards?

  Follow these steps to redeem rewards:

  • Insert your InnerCircle card into any Vegas-style machine. 
  • Press ‘E-CASH’ on the small display screen. 
  • Input your unique PIN and hit ‘ENTER’ 
  • Choose ‘POINTS’ or ‘PROMO’ to redeem. 
  • Select the value of free play from your wallet.* 
  • Choose ‘CONFIRM’ to transfer.

  *Free play must be added in increments of $1.  

• How do I check my InnerCircle account balance?

   Insert your card into a Vegas-style machine or see a Delta team member to check your account balance.   

• Does InnerCircle offer rewards for Bingo play?

  No. InnerCircle rewards are only available with Vegas-style machine play. Bingo rewards will join the program in the future.

•  I had an InnerCircle account years ago, am I still registered?

  No. This is a brand-new version of InnerCircle. If you’d like to join the program, you will need to register.
