Do I need I.D.?
Yes. Everyone who enters the gaming centre must be 18 years of age or older and have valid Government-issued photo identification. Those who appear younger than 25 years of age may be asked to present a second piece of identification with their full name – this can be a debit card, credit card or student card.
*Health cards are not accepted as a form of identification.

Can I pay with a credit card or Apple Pay?
No. For gaming purchases, we accept cash and debit only. There are multiple ATMs available for your convenience.

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
Yes. Most Delta Bingo & Gaming locations are licensed to serve alcohol to guests who are 19+ and have proof of valid Government-issued photo identification.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No. Outside food and beverage is not permitted. For your convenience, all Delta Bingo & Gaming locations offer food and beverage items for purchase.

Is smoking permitted inside Delta Bingo & Gaming locations?
No. All Delta Bingo & Gaming locations are smoke-free.

Can I rent a room or facility for a private event?
No. Due to licensing regulations, private events are not permitted. With notice, Delta Bingo & Gaming is happy to accommodate large groups.

Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted in Delta Bingo & Gaming facilities. Exceptions can be made for certified service animals.

How early should I arrive for Bingo?
Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled session start time. This will ensure there is enough time for you to buy cards, find a seat and get ready to dab! Select a location to view Bingo start times.

How long does it take to play Bingo?
Most Bingo sessions last 2-2.5 hours, with a 15-minute intermission.

How much does it cost to play Bingo?
The cost to play Bingo can be as little as $20! Prices vary per location, day of the week, and session time. Additional costs are based on the number of cards, the method of play (paper or electronic) and other add-on items, such as ‘specials’. What is 'electronic Bingo'?
Electronic Bingo is played on a player device. After purchase, players will load their cards into their selected device using the player ID provided and the pin they created. The player device will automatically play the Bingo cards and alert you when you have a ‘BINGO’.

What are ‘player devices’?
Player devices are computers stationed at many seats on the Bingo floor. On these devices, you can play electronic Bingo and/or a Play-on-Demand game. You’ll be required to purchase your play for these devices at the desk.

What is a Vegas-style machine?
Our Vegas-style gaming machines are another way to play Bingo. With each spin, you’ll play for a chance to win cash prizes!

How do I use the Vegas-style machines?
To play, insert cash or a voucher into the machine and place a bet. Hit the ‘play’ button to spin the reel

What is the minimum bet amount?
The minimum bet on the Vegas-style gaming machines varies. Some machines have a minimum bet as low as $0.40.

How do I cash out my winnings on a Vegas-style machine?
When you are finished playing and still have money remaining in the machine, hit the “cash out” button on the machine and a voucher will be produced with the remaining amount printed on it. Use this voucher to continue playing on another machine or redeem it for cash at the designated desk or kiosk.
