CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Working under the Session Manager, the successful candidate will provide courteous and efficient service to all players by managing Bingo product sales, assisting with ‘BINGO’ calls, sharing information on upcoming events and answering and addressing customer questions and concerns. The successful candidate will be required to exemplify superior customer service and assist with a smooth player experience.
** All candidates must be available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends **
RESPONSIBILITES
- Manage cash float and paper inventory, ensuring accuracy and balancing at the end of each shift.
- Move through the Bingo floor assisting customers, selling gaming product and supporting the Caller with ‘Bingo’ calls.
- Maintain the cleanliness of playing areas, including tables, chairs, and floors, keeping the environment organized and inviting.
- Stay knowledgeable about all Delta Bingo & Gaming programs, promotions, and services.
- Work collaboratively with team members, charity volunteers to ensure a positive player experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
- Strong quick-math skills
- Knowledge of cash handling and balancing.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Obtain and maintain a valid Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) license.
PREFERRED
- Knowledge of Gaming/Bingo is not necessary but is an asset.
- Certifications: Smart Serve, Safe Food Handling, Health & Safety/First Aid
