Food & Beverage Attendant

Working under the Snack Bar Manager, the successful candidate will provide courteous, prompt and efficient service to all players ordering food and beverage items. Within this role, employees are responsible for the quality and consistency of all food and beverage items delivered to guests, keeping accurate inventory records and promoting a clean and safe working environment.

** All candidates must be available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends **

• Take in orders, preparing food and beverage items quickly and accurately and delivering in a timely manner.
• Monitor and track inventory levels.
• Manage cash float, balancing at the end of each shift.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, equipment and more.
• Stay knowledgeable about all Delta Bingo & Gaming programs, promotions, and services.
• Work collaboratively with team members, charity volunteers to ensure a positive player experience.

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
• Strong quick-math skills
• Knowledge of cash handling and balancing.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Obtain and maintain a valid Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) license.

• Knowledge of Gaming/Bingo is not necessary but is an asset.
• Certifications: Smart Serve, Safe Food Handling, Health & Safety/First Aid
