How do I play bingo?

Your goal is to complete the designated pattern in order to win the associated prize. As a player, your goal is to dab the numbers on your card as they are announced by the caller in order to complete the required game pattern. Game patterns are announced by the caller, displayed on the TV screens, and on the program sheet provided. If you complete the required pattern, be sure to yell ‘BINGO’  loudly so the caller can stop the game and verify your bingo.

Playing styles: There are multiple playing styles to suit your preferences. Players have the choice to play paper bingo, digital bingo or a combination of both.

  • Paper Bingo: When playing on paper, you will use a dabber to mark the announced numbers that match your card. You will decide how many cards you want to play with based on your comfort level. The more cards you play, the faster your dabbing skills will need to be! We recommend beginners start with a 2-strip package (6 cards per game). You’ll notice experienced players dabbing 12 strips at a time or more!
  • Digital Bingo: This is a completely electronic form of playing. A computer called a ‘Gecko’ plays electronic Bingo cards for you and will issue a notification if you have a bingo.
  • Combination: This uses both paper and electronic cards to play.
