The Rotary Club makes 2nd donation to Hospice Huronia

Last year, the Rotary Club of Penetanguishene made a three year commitment to donate $30,000 to Hospice Huronia. The funds are to help furnish the 5 bed residential hospice being built on Fuller Avenue to serve residents of the North Simcoe area.  This year’s cheque of $10,000 was presented by Bill Montgomery (membership) and Aaron Kontkanen (president) to JoAnn Warren (fund development manager).  Both Hospice Huronia & the Rotary Club of Penetanguishene are participants in Charitable Gaming at Delta Bingo & Gaming Penetang.  Funds raised through this initiative raise money for 58 local organizations.    When you play here, our community benefits!
