Keeping kids active

Ecole Secondaire Catholique l’Horizon raised over $11, 000 in 2017 volunteering at Delta Bingo & Gaming Val Caron. Nathalie Martin-Boudreau, a teacher with the organization states that the funds raised help to provide a program filled with a variety of sports and indoor/outdoor activities. Nathalie explains that staying active during their high school years means students have a higher chance of staying active during their adult lives. If the funds were no longer available, many students would not be able to afford to participate.
