Effective September 22, 2021, all patrons are required to provide proof of full vaccination before entry into any Delta Bingo & Gaming facility.  We are optimistic about this announcement and look forward to continuing to provide a safe environment for our employees and customers.  Patrons will be required to present photo I.D. and a vaccine receipt proving that they are fully vaccinated, with the second shot administered at least 14 days prior.

We have used previous closures as an opportunity to diligently clean and sanitize each area of our gaming centres and develop a reopening plan that ensures the health and safety of every visitor. Working with government officials and public health experts, we’ve restructured operations and implemented crucial safety measures to ensure we are providing the safest gaming experience possible.

Important notes:
  1. Gaming centres will offer Vegas-Style gaming machines, Play on Demand games and limited Bingo sessions ONLY (where applicable).
  2. Face masks are mandatory inside every Delta Bingo location.
  3. Proof of full vaccination required for entry with Government-issued photo ID
  4. Management reserves the right, at their discretion, to refuse service to anyone that will not comply with protocols and/or someone who jeopardizes the health and safety of staff and customers. This includes but is not limited to; denied entry into the facility and/or being asked to leave the premises.
Here is what you can expect in centre:
Limited Capacity
  •  As a preventative measure, all customers will need to show proof of full vaccination, complete screening questions, wear a mask and apply hand sanitizer upon entry.
  • To limit exposure and manage capacity, there will be NO in and out privileges once you have entered. This means, if you exit the facility and wish to re-enter, you will need to stand in line (when applicable) and repeat the entry procedure.
  • Upon entry, each visitor must provide their name and contact information for potential 'contact tracing', to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
COVID-19 - Your Safety Matters
  • Staff members will be continuously sanitizing high touch areas property-wide, with products proven to kill bacteria and viruses. Vegas-style gaming machines & Play on Demand (geckos) stations will be disinfected after each use and hand sanitizing stations will be made available for customers to use at their discretion.
  • The air filter system will also be replaced more frequently to maximize fresh air exchange inside each facility.
Staff Training
  • All staff have completed detailed training on distancing, disinfecting and protection. They are following rigorous hygiene protocols and are committed to upholding these safety standards to protect themselves and our customers.
Protective Equipment
  • Masks are mandatory at all Delta Bingo locations. Wearing a mask protects the people around you.
  • Staff will be wearing the protective equipment necessary for their job function. These items include gloves and masks; face shields may also be used where applicable.
  • Some gaming centres may still have protective guards installed at customer service desks and other counters with frequent staff/customer interaction.
Food Safety
  • Food services at most Delta Bingo locations have been suspended until further notice. Some sites have a modified menu, offering only pre-packaged and quick order items.  All self-serve stations are closed (drinks, condiments, coffee stations, etc.).
  • To ensure limited exposure to outside contaminants, outside food or drink is not permitted in centre.

  • Why are Bingo sessions limited?

    There are many aspects to reintroducing Bingo sessions that are a challenge after such a long hiatus (onboarding and training staff, revamping programs and updating systems, sourcing materials from suppliers who have also been closed through the pandemic, etc.). Rest assured, we are looking forward to slowly reintroducing Bingo sessions with the prizing and programs our guests have come to expect from Delta!

  • What should I expect when I visit?
    • Screening questions and contact tracing
    • Proof of full vaccination with Government-issued photo ID
    • Masks must be worn at all times inside the facility
  • What are the screening questions asked before entry?
    1. Are you currently experiencing any COVID-related symptoms that are new or worsening?
    2. Has a doctor, health care provider, or public health unit told you that you should currently be isolating (staying at home)?
    3. In the last 10 days, have you tested positive on a rapid antigen test or a homebased self-testing kit?
    4. In the last 14 days, have you been identified as a “close contact” of someone who currently has COVID-19 either by the public health unit or by the COVID Alert application?
    5. Is anyone you live with currently experiencing any new COVID-19 symptoms and/or waiting for test results after experiencing symptoms?
    6. Is there anything preventing you from wearing a mask covering your mouth and nose for the duration of the visit?


    If you answer yes to any of these, you will not be permitted entry.

  • What is a Vegas-style gaming machine?

    Our Vegas-style gaming machines operate with themes like Dynamite Diamonds, Siberian Storm and Hot N Saucy. COVID-19 - Your Safety Matters

  • Do I need to make a reservation to visit?

    No reservation is required to visit.


  • Will smokers be allowed to re-enter without losing their spot?

    NO. To limit exposure and manage capacity, there will be NO in and out privileges once you have entered. This means, if you exit the facility and wish to re-enter, you will need to stand in line (when applicable) and repeat the entry procedure – hand sanitizing and screening questions.

  • Can I still get a coffee when I visit?

    Yes. Food and beverage options are currently limited to pre-packaged and quick order items. For hygienic purposes there will be no self-serve stations, meaning anything from sugar to chips will be accessible by Delta staff only and provided to guests as requested.

  • When a player leaves, can I move to their machine to play instead of the one I started with?

    Yes, as long as it has been cleaned by one of our employees in between guests.

  • Is there a time limit on how long I can play for?

    No. You are welcome to stay and play as long as your visit falls within operating hours.

  • Do I have to wear a mask to enter?

    Yes – All Delta locations will require masks before entering the building. This measure protects our staff and other customers.

  • Why can’t I bring a snack or drink inside? This was never an issue before.

    In order to safely operate in this new environment, many things that were once common practice must be adjusted. To ensure the safety of everyone inside the centre, limiting what comes in is the best course of action. If you have medical or dietary needs, you may speak with management for consideration.

  • Why is the capacity different at each location?

    We are permitted 100% capacity in each of our gaming centres. Capacities will differ across location based on the number of operational Vegas-style gaming machines, Play on Demand (POD) games, Bingo seats and the facility size.

  • What if I'm not vaccinated?

    Effective Sept. 22, customers are required to provide proof of full vaccination to enter any Delta Bingo facility along with a piece of Government-Issued phtoto ID. Those who are not vaccinated will not be permitted entry. 


As we move through the reopening plan, we will be strictly abiding by health official recommendations, and adjusting these protocols and procedures accordingly. Delta Bingo & Gaming is committed to meeting or exceeding all necessary health measures so that every customer and staff member feels safe inside our centres.
