Le Hope Centre est en mesure de maintenir son programme de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son partenariat avec Delta Welland. <\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le Hope Centre<\/span><\/a> offre une gamme de services aux personnes et aux familles confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale et d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et de logement. Fond\u00e9s en 1974, ils visent \u00e0 responsabiliser, aider et renforcer la communaut\u00e9.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce au programme de jeu caritatif, les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles du Hope Centre consacrent quelques heures chaque mois \u00e0 participer aux activit\u00e9s de Delta Welland. En \u00e9change, le Hope Centre re\u00e7oit un pourcentage des fonds g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s pour soutenir ses programmes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire destin\u00e9s aux r\u00e9sidents de Welland.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

R\u00e9cemment, un couple \u00e2g\u00e9 s'est rendu au Hope Centre pour obtenir de l'aide concernant sa demande d'adh\u00e9sion au Programme ontarien d'aide relative aux frais d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Au cours de leur conversation avec un coach communautaire, ils ont partag\u00e9 que m\u00eame avec leurs pensions combin\u00e9es, ils avaient du mal \u00e0 couvrir les d\u00e9penses essentielles. La majeure partie de leurs revenus \u00e9tant consacr\u00e9e au loyer et aux services publics, ils \u00e9taient souvent confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des choix difficiles entre des produits de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 comme la nourriture et les m\u00e9dicaments. Ils ont exprim\u00e9 leur profonde gratitude envers la banque alimentaire du Hope Centre, qui leur fournit quelques jours de nourriture chaque mois, les aidant ainsi \u00e0 all\u00e9ger leur fardeau.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
