UPDATE: May 22, 2020
To our customers,
It has been two months since we have suspended operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In that time, we have made a conscious effort to stay connected with our customers and involved in our local communities. We hope that during this time, you and your loved ones have stayed safe and healthy.
As the province develops phased re-opening plans, we are preparing company-wide safety measures to protect our customers and staff when our doors re-open. As we finalize our safety procedures, we will provide a detailed description of what customers can expect going forward.
We will not reopen until we are completely confident in our prevention measures and can ensure that our customers feel safe visiting each of our locations. While an exact timeline is not known, we are hopeful that we will be welcoming customers in our gaming centres again very soon.

To our Customers,
While the overall public health risk remains low at this time, concerns about COVID-19 have started to impact decisions regarding public spaces. Given the uncertainty around the spread of COVID-19 and overall concern for the safety of our customers, staff and charity volunteers, as of Monday, March 16, Delta Bingo has decided to temporarily close all Ontario locations until further notice.
As a result of the closures, all special events scheduled to take place from now until mid April have been cancelled or postponed. Anyone who has purchased tickets to an upcoming event will receive a full refund. Online ticket sales will be refunded via the method originally used for payment. Those who purchased tickets in centre can refund when doors reopen in the coming weeks.
We appreciate your patience as we work together to navigate through these challenging times, and we will do our best to keep you updated as we move forward.
