Cabinet Games Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for matters related to operation, maintenance, and staffing for the cabinet games and cabinet game area at the facility.  As the primary contact for all matters related to these games, the candidate must be a cooperative and organized partner with exceptional problem solving skills.

** The successful candidate must be available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends **

• Work closely with Delta Bingo’s Technical Product and I.T. Compliance team, providing updates and progress reports
• Track and report game performance, hardware updates and cabinet installs
• Liaise with OLG, AGCO, gaming vendors and other suppliers
• Analyze operational trends and report to Operations Manager
• Understand and respond to customer inquiries regarding cabinets, promotions, and any other product or service offered at the Gaming Centre
• Cash handling procedures such as collecting, recording, reconciling, and depositing
• Review monthly IT Compliance and User Access reports
• Provide technical training to facility staff
• Troubleshooting and problem solving technical concerns as they arise
• Other duties and responsibilities as outlined by the Manager.

• Obtain and maintain a valid AGCO Certificate of Registration (CAT1)

• Knowledge of Gaming/Bingo an asset.
• Certifications: Smart Serve, Safe Food Handling, Health & Safety/First Aid
